Meet the Owner/Founder/Instructor

Michele-Olivia Francois is a movement corrective specialist with a background in physical therapy, Pilates, and dance; that is passionate about helping people move, feel, and live better. Through a Pilates-based, movement corrective approach, she bridges physical therapy principles, fitness, rehabilitation, and mindful performance to support individuals at every stage—from post-rehab recovery to athletic performance.

By blending science, strength, and mindfulness, Michele-Olivia empowers clients to move with confidence, whether they’re healing from injury or optimizing how their bodies perform. Her work is grounded in the belief that better movement leads to better living. She guides clients toward greater strength, balance, and body awareness—creating lasting, meaningful transformation from the inside out.
